The base gasket just arrived in the shop today after being delayed by the Bulgarians for a few days.
So it's looking like around another week of shop time, assuming everything goes well from here on out. At least the weather's looking relatively decent for the next week, so the XT commute won't be too cold/windy.
And a comment spammer too it would appear!

I’ve been reading your old archives for fun, all the way back to your Nighthawk and practicing around the parking lot. It’s mind blowing how far you’ve come with your riding in just 6 years Carolyn. You inspire me everyday. I just love the way you live your life and how you approach it. I wish I could do the same.

Somehow I get the feeling that, instead of yelling at the kids to get off your lawn when your in your 80′s, you’ll just hop on your quad and run them down.
