Hope, British Columbia

Welcome to Canada, eh!

Warming up in Hope now. The last 50 miles have been about 52 degrees
and pouring rain. Gorgeous scenery though. More later after coffee.photo_200.jpg

One Response to Hope, British Columbia

  1. Geoff says:

Hope? Where’d you cross the border? Sounds like you’re gonna just head straight up 1/97 to Cache Creek, then keep on north on 97–you’ll enjoy the Fraser Canyon from Hope to Cache Creek (tunnels!), and you might wanna stop at Hell’s Gate to see the mighty Fraser go wild (maybe even do the tourist thing and ride the tram!). Once past Lytton check out the Thompson River beside you, a great whitewater run that is very popular for rafting.
