Since Peter and I have never once taken a weekend trip together that didn’t involve rain, he’s been pretty reluctant to use the non-waterproof Ventura luggage that I got him a few years ago. This resulted in my carrying both Givi saddlebags on the SVS while he had, well, a tankbag.
But! The Z has no sideracks for both saddlebags! Bummer, I can only carry my own stuff now.
So for his upcoming birthday, I got Peter a nice Givi tail rack for the Superhawk, so he can carry the other Givi case. Huzzah!
Everyone’s happy — he can carry waterproof luggage; I don’t have to carry two peoples’ worth of stuff in Drag Chutes.
