Holy crap, I almost look like I know what I’m doing. Â My stick* is on the ice, my knees are bent, my head is up…I should stop playing again now as I have clearly already hit the pinnacle of competence for returning to hockey.
* This is not actually my stick. Â I remembered all of my gear except for, y’know, the thing you need to handle the puck. Â Oops. Â Fortunately Ice Oasis has a surprisingly large number of “lost and found” kids’ sticks available for those of us shorties too dumb to bring our own equipment.
