For posterity, I figure that I rode 1678 miles in 2011.
Not quite the 19,557 miles from 2005…but definitely better than the ~350 miles that I rode in 2010.
On the plus side, I had zero back problems after my rides in September through November, which counted for about 400 miles of my 2011 total. Â So hopefully I won’t have to factor in the back injury as much when I get back to riding mid-2012. Â Fingers crossed!
