So simple, but yet, so easily overlooked

I finally dragged my ass out to the garage today to clean and lube the chain. Only, oh, about 200 miles overdue — which, believe you me, is punctual. There’s something about doing the chain — probably something like being dirty, smelly, and requiring prep work, all for a 45-second job — that just really repels me. I procrastinate it like nobody’s business. And I wonder why I’m on my fourth chain and sprocket set in just under four years.

    Yeah, sure.
I’m positive those four chains had nothing to do with the AMOUNT OF MILES you put on the bike in those four years… šŸ˜‰

Partially…but one really should get more than 10k out of a chain/sprocket. *grins innocently*
