Sadly, due to time constraints, most of the travelling was done on the freeways. The good intentions of spending some time touring on the way home were cut down by the reality of multi-day touring in 100+ degree temperatures. We just wanted to get home.

I rode down to Prescott with Jen (BMW R1200C) and Akili (Harley Dyna Glide), two other Wind Dancers from the Bay Area. I'd met both women before, but had never ridden with either of them, so it was a lot of fun to get to know one another and share some laughs. Jen, Akili, and I were joined by another Wind Dancer, Lily (Harley Electra Glide Standard), for the return trip.
