I was born and raised in southern Wisconsin, where I acquired a lifelong affinity for cheese, beer, and oddly-pronounced vowels. I graduated from Beloit College (also in southern Wisconsin) in May 1999, with BAs in Computer Science and French. Two days after graduation, I hopped in my car and drove west.

Now I live in San Carlos, California (about 25 miles south of San Francisco) with my long-suffering husband Peter and our horde of big fat cats.

By day, I'm a project manager for Apple Computer (specifically in the MobileMe department).

In my copious free time, I ride motorcycles, play ice hockey, cross-stitch, rock climb, lift weights, hang out at TechShop, and lots more.
